Who We Are:

Oak Hill Student Ministry seeks to engage Students, Parents, and the Community in the process of knowing Jesus.

How?

By partnering with Parents and equipping them in the process of discipling their Students. We provide a welcome atmosphere where new Students can feel comfortable in their Faith while being challenged to live a life that is honoring to God.

What is The BIG SHOW?

This is our mid-week gathering that centered on Jesus. After being welcomed by our adult Staff, we begin our Large Group time with Praise & Worship. We then move into our teaching for the week by our Student Ministry Director with Life Groups to follow. Parents are always welcome to check out our large group time, especially for our first time guests.

What is a Life Group?

A Life Group is another name for a small group. Our Life Groups meet twice a week, once on Sunday and once on Wednesday. Our Sunday Life Group is designed to engage the Students in a deeper understand of the message and text shared on Sunday morning. Wednesday Life Group is similar but is centered on that evening’s lesson. 1 or 2 Adult Volunteers who are trained and have a current CORI background check lead our Life Groups. These Volunteers are the backbone of our ministry and specialize in loving your Students! Currently our Life Groups are broken down by grades. We have two Life Groups, “Middle School” and “High School”. These groups are encouraged to do at least one service project per semester and are actively discipled by their leaders
