Glenn Rice is the Senior Pastor, and has served at Oak Hill since July 1996. He has been in pastoral ministry for over thirty years. A native of Connecticut, he served churches in Maine and New Hampshire before coming to Oxford, MA. He holds a BA in Theology, a Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.), and a Doctorate of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife Cindy have been married since 1981. They have three adult sons, four grandchildren, and make their home in Oxford. |

Lorinda Allen is the Director of Worship and the Arts, and has served at Oak Hill since July 1995. She has a B.S. in elementary education, and a Master of Education Administration. She and husband Gary have two adult children, and make their home in Charlton. Email: (Click here to email) |

Erik Reynolds is the Director of Student Ministries, and has served at Oak Hill since 2015. He is currently pursuing a BS in Religion and Christian Counseling through Liberty University Online. He has been happily married to his wife Robin since 2010 and has two young children. An Army Veteran, he is happy to serve in Oxford where he grew up.

Sandy and Bob Warfield are the custodians and maintenance persons for the church and Christian School. They have served at Oak Hill since 2005. They have two adult children and one grandchild, and make their home in Sutton. |
