MidWeek Connection - Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm

We take Ephesians 5-6 very seriously in that we recognize the importance of family. Our goal is to be a valuable resource to parents as they walk through life with their children, regardless of family dynamics. We seek to partner with people & families in knowing Christ by connecting to God, Community, and Service.  

Connect to God

We connect to God through our Sunday Morning Worship on Sunday Morning, and our mid-week study for middle and high school students on Thursdays from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

Connect to Community

We connect Students (5th-12th graders) to each other on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00. Our focus during this time is to hang out, get to know one another, and have a good time. We usually have a short lesson as we seek to know Christ together. We put together regular opportunities to get together as a group through lock-ins, game nights, sporting events, and more. We also partner with fellow Student Ministries in the area to put together regular events.

We work to connect the youth deeper to each other and our volunteers through discipleship in DNA Groups. These Discover, Nurture, Act (DNA) small groups work to dive deeper into faith and community.  

Connect to Service

Our students are active in the life of the church in the sound booth, children’s ministry, ushers, etc. They do a lot! We also participate in local service projects for those who call Oak Hill home and those who have yet to know Jesus.
